The paid holidays are nice. Commission is good when you first start then the account becomes a house account.
Cons
Misleading, they make you believe you are joining a family company and will invest in their employees but that is a facade. All they care about is money you can make them. They are trying to grow in Texas but don't have the resources to do so. They expect high margins which is difficult in a very competitive market and ingenium is fairly unknown.
