      Pros

      Ingenios Health is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. I am retired from two professional jobs. The U.S. Army and one of the largest medical facilities U&F Health formerly Shands of Jacksonville. If you want to work for a company that treats you like family come to work for Ingenios Health. You will not be disappointed.

      ONLY TAKE THIS JOB AS A LAST RESORT WHILE YOU LOOK FOR SOMETHING ELSE. I'm not sure if this company is about to fold or if they just regularly hire large groups of people and fire them. Very underhanded and sneaky with the way they set job contracts up. They basically leave you in the air until the last second to tell you if they will let you stay or not. Also lied to about 15 people that our contracts were good for at least 3 months and then let us all go with no warning due to "leadership changes."
