A lot of cons. 1. work life balance is zero. You will work for 11 to 13 hour a day. They will ask you to work on Saturdays and sometimes on Sundays as well. And if you deny then they will interfere in your personal life that what are you doing in this Sunday. Can't you this on next Sunday? Ask someone else in your family to do it. 2. Salary is very less when compared to the work load and what other companies are offering. Appraisal is even worst. 3. Projects are not good. 4. learning curve is very bad. 5. not good exposure. they are using old technologies and no one is gonna help you much. 6. Few managers are good but few are really toxic. 7. There is no proper managerial structure for projects or escalations. No one will hear your voice. 8. they will never care for your mental health. 9. Managers gives you false deadline so you can work on weekends and that too for 14 15 hours. Once you complete the work they will just give you some other work to keep you occupy. 10. meetings goes on till 11 and 12 in the night. They don't start early in the morning. Their work start at 11 in the morning. 11. Meetings which are not necessary and doesn't have any outcomeswill go on for 1- 2 hours at night time.
