Pros

You have a supervisor at your job location and you submit an electronic time sheet to employer. They have very good benefits. You have some flexibility with the hours and they allow Comp Time if you need to work a little later to finish a project. The office I work in is very friendly and many of the staff I deal with are very respectful. You also have a large number of holidays that you have off. You also earn ten days of paid time off.

Cons

You are not working direct with Infused Solutions and I have found the job has lots of opportunities to assist the department I work in.

Pros

This is a contract with government so my daily dealings are with wonderful and smart people. The job its self is great and I'd stay forever if I could.

Cons

This company has changed the terms of the contract several times under the guise that it's for our benefit. Lowering health and welfare benefits to justify giving employees 8 hours of personal time, therefore increasing the amount we pay for healthcare on each check just to be given 1 day to live outside of work. It doesn't balance out in my opinion. We had to choose...higher health and welfare the government minimum or if we need a personal day pay more in health care. Oh and if we do use personal time they subtract that time used from the H&W calculation for your pay check so double wammy. Not my first rodeo with contract companies but this is by far the least pleasant of them all. I've been employed in the same building with 3 at least others. Disappointing indeed.
