Pros

It's really nice the company offers perks such as a stocked pantry and alcohol. Most of the employees are great to work with.

Cons

There has been a takeover by a CTO, and I mean a takeover, he has ruined upper management with his immaturity and style. The company used to be fun and awesome to work for, but ever since he's been around, he has ruined it for the rest of the company. He has made it impossible for growth within the company. Employees are severly underpaid.

- awesome company - intelligent. talented, career driven co-workers - flexible schedule - great culture - awesome projects

Cons

They did a major budget cuts and laid off a bunch of people and with promises of career growth and saying that they're getting more projects etc etc. i know you can't predict the future but seriously come on! people who were hired within 2 months got let go and people who love their jobs and that are great at their jobs. I feel like companies really need to be more loyal to their employees. Please rethink before hiring and laying people off
