      - Flexible working hours - Option to work remotely without any limitations - Excellent salary and bonuses - Medical insurance - Interesting tasks - Cutting edge technology - Great opportunity to grow as a professional - Comfortable working conditions - Great office location - Occasional business trips abroad - Free coffee and tea, cookies and candies, fruit and snacks - Frequent corporate team building events, a corporate holiday (day off) - Comfortable work load - Occasional gifts (for New Year etc) - Recreational stuff in the office (foosball, board games, horizontal bar)

      Cons

      - Teams are spread across the world, so we have to be online at certain hours to sync up. (9am to 1pm Pacific Time)

      Pros

      - awesome company - intelligent. talented, career driven co-workers - flexible schedule - great culture - awesome projects

      Cons

      They did a major budget cuts and laid off a bunch of people and with promises of career growth and saying that they're getting more projects etc etc. i know you can't predict the future but seriously come on! people who were hired within 2 months got let go and people who love their jobs and that are great at their jobs. I feel like companies really need to be more loyal to their employees. Please rethink before hiring and laying people off
