      Pros

      Awesome colleagues and coworkers. Offices in Frankfurt center

      Cons

      Unstable high positions, people leave constantly on high position and depending on th enew one there can be massive hiring or massive firing. In 2 years I say once one time hiring, which included me and 2 times massive lay off (more than 40 people) just because of operational reasons. Not a stable place to be.

      Pros

      Relaxed colleagues, overall friendly environment without too much politics or hierarchy, except for a few individuals' very problematic way of communication and working. Salary seems to be above benchmark.

      Cons

      Lack of consistency, frequent changes in strategies and focus, failing to recognize the priorities to spend budget and energy on. Valuing and promoting the wrong kind of people, sometimes almost verging on nepotism.
