      Pros

      Small company with friendly staff. The owners are very hands on and will definitley get to know you. Feels like a family because of this. Motivated to promote quickly and fast growing.

      Cons

      No direct deposit. No hybrid schedule when working in office. Only pays one-way for mileage when agumentated out to a city project. Low pay compared to other companies. No 401k matching. Seems like they have a high turnover rate, but unsure.

      Pros

      I have been impressed with the mentoring of young engineers as they transition from internships to engineering assistants. I have watched these young people rising through the ranks to become project managers overseeing the next wave of interns and engineering assistants. Senior engineers with several decades of experience provide guidance, mentorship and collaboration. Mid-level engineers coming on board will be able to be involved in every type of municipal capital improvement project imaginable.

      Cons

      We cannot hire fast enough to keep up with the wide variety of engineering and architecture projects on our backlog.
