      Pros

      The company is progressing with a great pace and there is a huge opportunity to learn for a fresh graduate like me. The team leader and other members of the team make sure that the team is performing consistently and setting productivity benchmarks. They make sure that every new joiner is perfectly equipped with sufficient research knowledge so that there is no lag within the team.

      Cons

      The company is very strict about the data protection norms and we can't use our personal electronic devices like mobile, flash drives on the floor. Inaccessibility to mobile is pretty frustrating at times
