Pros

Too many to count. Infracore focuses on employee development, communication, and creating a healthy environment for employees to develop and progress in their careers. With a focus on clear communication and commitments, Infracore creates a culture of acceptance, transparency, and accountability. Upper management truly cares about their employees, their mental health, happiness in their role, and their development. The certification program is top tier and time is baked into your schedule to study while on the clock. Capacity management and avoiding overwhelm are a core tenant of work at Infracore, making sure you are not burning yourself out whenever it can be avoided. This feeds into the commitment to W/L balance and to the 40 hour a week schedule. In IT, you will always have times where OT is required, but Infracore makes a concerted effort to limit that when possible. The Talent Acquisition team is top notch at finding the right fit for the culture and it shows with the shared values and alignment of the entire team. Finally, the standards are high. The tools and guidance are given to you to meet those standards, and it develops employees into powerhouse IT professionals that are well poised for the rest of their career. Infracore employees that go elsewhere are generally over prepared for lateral position moves. Truly a great company and culture to be a part of. [UPDATE] I posted this review about a year ago and provided feedback that sick time should be a part of the benefits package. I am happy to report that they have listened to the feedback and introduced sick time for hourly employees! This is just further testament to the leaders and culture at Infracore, and I am proud to be a part of such an organization.

Cons

Infracore listens to feedback and makes changes when needed, so I don't really have cons to add as they are generally resolved quickly when they come up.

Pros

Integrity Core values - Integrity, commitment and trust Every action is grounded in honesty and transparency, doing what’s right for the customer, even when it’s not the easiest path. Trusted Partnership Mindset Infracore strives to be more than a Service Provider, they embed themselves within the business, aligning success metrics and goals. Commitment to Excellence They aim to deliver “best-in-class IT services,” continually raising the bar and investing in people, process, and innovation. Customer-First Responsiveness Fast response times, proactive communication, and a culture of accountability demonstrate how deeply they care about client outcomes. Quality Over Quantity They prioritize well-architected, sustainable IT solutions over shortcuts, delivering peace of mind, reliability, and long-term value. Going the Extra Mile Whether during onboarding, crisis support, or strategic initiatives, they show up fully, with urgency and empathy.

Cons

Premium Client Focus Because Infracore holds a high operational standard, they are selective about partnerships and may not be the cheapest option. High-Touch Engagement Model Deep involvement means onboarding can take time, but ensures a strong foundation and long-term stability. Continuous Improvement Culture Their drive to maintain excellence requires ongoing refinement and investment, which may require customer engagement and change management along the way. Scalability Alignment Matters Growth and resource allocation are handled carefully to maintain quality, meaning expansion timing may need coordination with clients’ roadmaps.

Pros

Infracore is very much about creating the best culture available. While interviewing I would refer to Infracore as the "Culture" company. They expect a lot of their employees especially when it comes to meeting commitments and taking care of customers. But also invest in each employee to become their best.

Cons

Not sure I would call this a con but they are very result oriented. During working hours they will maximize your working effort and output. Some might call it micro-managing, but as you gain more trust, you get less oversite. Seems fair right?

Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts. We really appreciate you recognizing our focus on commitments and taking care of our customers and employees. It’s something we take pride in, but we also know it’s important to balance that with trust and flexibility. Your note about being mindful of over-managing is a great reminder. As we grow, we’re always working to make sure our leaders empower teams while giving them the space to do their best work. Thanks again for the honest feedback, it truly helps us keep improving.
