Pros

This company will promise you the world and put on a great show of granting them at first. They are very convincing which means they are dangerous.

Cons

Once it becomes inconvenient for them and that means for any reason regardless of your actual performance, they will find a way to railroad you and wash their hands of it. Fast. These people promise you the world to get you onboard, but when it comes to it they will screw you quick. They do not care about you no matter what they try to sell you. Avoid them.

Pros

Infracore is very much about creating the best culture available. While interviewing I would refer to Infracore as the "Culture" company. They expect a lot of their employees especially when it comes to meeting commitments and taking care of customers. But also invest in each employee to become their best.

Cons

Not sure I would call this a con but they are very result oriented. During working hours they will maximize your working effort and output. Some might call it micro-managing, but as you gain more trust, you get less oversite. Seems fair right?
