On site parking. Good weather gear provided for the winter and cooled water with drink mix in the summer.
Cons
Hostile and arrogant upper management. Lack of an honest safety culture. Old boys, entitled, culture in the management even though a lot of them are only in their positions because they were with the company before multiple corporate buyouts when the original generation left the company due to retirement or to leave the new corporate investor ownership.
