Pros
Good Environment Helping management Work - life balance Good for angular and react freshers 5 day working Better than other startups Salary on time even during the covid-19 no deduction. Freedom to work, make decisions Upper management is always available to connect directly. But join only if you want to make career as a UI developer.
Cons
Limited Technologies only react, angular and native. Now the management is biased towards 2-3 people Growth is less financial and technically after completing 1 year. All the employees start their career from here only, so technically they sound okay. HR is not up to the mark No events No perks other then salary.
