No PROJECTS on HCM Nothing in pipeline, the director himself says to the employees that they dont have projects. 0 - Hierarchy, System changes every now and then. The higher department who places orders doesn't even know about the application what they are looking into. No Events, No energy at the floor Not effective HR policies neither . HR not at all communicative.
