Seems to be fraud - Software Engineer Infovision, Inc. Employee Review

Left my current company to join them. Just one day before joining this organization, they said our project went on hold. So, we will be delaying your joining by 2 weeks to 1 month(that's too not sure) and if you have any other offer in hand then go for it. :-( This is really unprofessional and shameful. Moreover, they don't reply anything over email.
