Pros
Management care for their people, and there's great people working there. The location is amazing, and there is flexibility on schedules to help balance work and family life.
Cons
Technology caught up, and the company did not move fast enough so is playing catch up. Change happens too slow, too many meetings, and there is no continuous feedback system for employee reviews.
