I have worked with Infotek for more than 5 years. Infotek provides opportunities for continued learning and growing. We have access to a variety of online and in person trainings to enhance existing skills and learn new skills. It is a great benefit as it is important to keep up with trends and new application releases. Infotek works hard to maintain a healthy work-life balance. It helps that we can work most of the time remotely. This saves on commuting time and allows us to be more productive. Infotek compensation is within industry standards. We have opportunities for bonuses in addition to our compensation. Our benefit package is robust and has lots of options to meet employee needs. While working remotely can be isolating, Infotek takes the additional time to develop healthy contacts with other team members.
