If you're interested in getting into the Storage industry this is a good place to get your feet wet and understand the basics. Other than that be critical about the things you learn here.
Cons
Management from HQ to the president is very poor. Just read the other reviews. A large source of the negative reviews stems from Tony. He deserves a large portion of the blame. It's a huge shame because with the right team, Infortrend's product has a good chance in the storage market.
