No such feedback - Product Manager Informics Digital Employee Review

I have worked at informics for approx 2 years as a BA. Some pros are listed down as below: 1. Management trusts the employee and give opportunity to showcase his/her talent. 2. Flexibility in office hours. Focus on work completion rather than 9 hours of office time. 3. Supportive managers ( Humble and polite people) 4. Work from home option ( this was present before the pandemic situation also) 5. Team outings 6. Very transparent organization.

1. Food was the issue as we do not had any cafeteria.

1.It focuses on employees interest and helps to improve their knowledge by providing training. 2.Its working culture ultimately improves employees productivity 3.Employees are allowed to use emerging technologies which effectively achieves customer benefit

As a part of Informics we believe, Instead of dwelling solely on the negatives, our organization emphasize the actions being taken to mitigate or overcome the identified cons.
