No tax deduction as there is no PF contribution and so it doesn't show up on your UAN account. After COVID and their incapability to handle their own servers, they went remote.
Cons
If you've joined here, use the experience here to look for job at another company. There is no existence of the actual work on your UAN Account which might even hinder you getting a job somewhere else. Since they don't give any PF contribution, your UAN won't reflect that you did actually work there. And since, this is the document used by other companies to verify your work experience, time spent here might be worthless. In my short time of hiring there, I saw a firing of 6+ people in a team of 10. Hiring and firing in this company is like a weekly affair. One day you're working fine and the next day you can't login and you get a letter of termination. It happened to six people in my short tenure there which wasn't even 6 months. You live in constant fear if it's going to be you next and the important thing is, you won't get fired for your work but for not being able to please the upper management. Owing to the above, most of the developers working here have a second proper job/freelance on the side so that their time is not wasted. Most of the people fired here were told they had performance issues when in actuality they were not. I was the senior software developer there and I realized. Hiring is based on the fact that who is the most gullable. If you seem like a person on whom the blame of a project can be put on, you will be hired and fired eventually. Those who please the CEO, stay here and are safe here. There is a small group of people who are favorites of CEO excluding the developers and the CEO just cares about their opinions. Everything else is show-off. The developer team is a short knit group of people who know each other from years and they keep the important knowledge with themselves, not shelving it out to anyone else who joins. Honestly, there are quite a lot more things to say but this should be enough to get a good outlook on the company. Other five star reviews are fake, they were never on-site in 2021 so saying that food was not provided is false. They were remote after COVID.
