      Pros

      My boss is very supportive and always tries his best to help me with any issues. I'm happy working here.

      Cons

      Not much room to grow. They don't offer benefits, holidays, vacations and sick days won't get paid. I have never received a bonus.

      Pros

      Besides getting a paycheck every week, that is pretty much it. Kindly do the needful, is practically terrible.

      Cons

      6 day work weeks, outdated equipment, low respect for employee value, not understanding departmental issues, and LOW level for improvement in career.
