Management is very open to feedback and concerns. When working with cross functional teams everyone leans in and helps where they can. A great team environment where everyone is passionate! Additionally, a great benefits package on top of a great team.

You have to know how to be flexible and adaptable, this isn’t a bad thing if you enjoy that but it’s something to consider when considering new roles.

This company treats their employees like family and really values taking care of their employees. The owners are very easy going, wonderful people and so is the rest of the IT Strat team! Working in contracting can often be challenging and very stressful but this company really made it so much easier. They are very receptive to feedback and any concerns brought to their attention and actually listen to their employees. This company offers a great work/home life balance and really made myself and entire team feel like valued individuals rather than a number on payroll.

The only category of this review getting 3 stars rather than 5 is the Career Opportunities but ONLY because I wish they had more of them!
