Pros

NO Pros at all to mention

Cons

Training Bond and Notice Period – A Lack of Transparency The training bond and two-month notice period were not mentioned during recruitment. We were only informed of these terms after one month, after we had already started. Had I known about this earlier, I would not have accepted the role. This approach felt misleading, as we were given no choice but to comply with terms that were presented after the fact. Even more concerning is that, despite being under a so-called "training bond," no training has been provided to date. We raised this issue multiple times, but no action was taken. Unfair Work-from-Home Policy Concerns have been repeatedly raised about the unequal work-from-home policy. While some teams are allowed to work remotely, others are required to report to the office even during difficult shifts and public holidays. This lack of flexibility, even during emergencies, has been discussed several times, but no actions were taken to address these concerns. It seems that employee well-being is not being prioritized, despite the challenges faced in commuting during these times. Lack of Support for Night Shifts and Public Holidays Working night shifts and public holidays is already challenging, but the company provides no support in terms of food or transport. Most shops are closed during holidays, making it difficult to find food, and transport at night poses safety risks. While these concerns have been raised repeatedly in discussions, no efforts have been made to provide snacks or transport for employees working during these times, which is a common practice in other companies. Unmet Promotion Expectations During the hiring process, it was communicated that after one year, there would be an opportunity for promotion. Despite receiving positive verbal feedback during the mid-year review, the year-end review suggests that major objectives are not being met. This discrepancy is concerning and has been raised in discussions, but it seems that efforts and contributions are not being fairly evaluated, which may unfairly impact final reviews and annual appraisals.

Pros

Great exposure to modern technologies and real-world projects. The team is technically strong, and interns get opportunities to learn quickly and contribute meaningfully to development work.

Cons

Management can be overly involved in day-to-day tasks, which sometimes limits autonomy and slows down decision-making. Communication and planning could also be improved.
