Vehicle expenses are NOT adequately reimbursed. - Field Representative Information Providers Employee Review

Pros

Good online training and supervisor support. One of the best bosses I ever worked with. The work is mostly very enjoyable and you set your own schedule within deadlines.

Cons

If you don't have a vehicle that gets high MPG or say a hybrid or electric car, you will find it difficult to make any money after expenses. The more concentrated population areas are probably good money makers---where the population and housing is spread out, the expense reimbursement isn't adequate to cover your actual expenses. And there really isn't any consideration for the wear and tear on your vehicle.

Love working here! The management go out of their way to make the office a great place to work. Love the flexibility.

Lot of self-management needed over your own workflow.

Pros

The inspection work itself has a clear purpose. Field forms and training materials can be useful for learning insurance survey expectations, property photo documentation, and underwriting observation basics.

Cons

Poor management communication, limited contractor support, inconsistent expectations, unclear system access handling, and an abrupt termination process. Contractors should document assignments, login issues, payment questions, and status changes in writing.
