Job - Security Guard Information Network Associates Employee Review

Office role. Great work-life balance with flexible remote opportunities. Everyone is treated with dignity, respect, and still held accountable from what I can see. Pay seems balanced across the board as I have never heard complaints from co-workers in other departments. I have a wonderful human being for a supervisor and the same goes for my manager.

There could be more budget resources given to internal IT to modernize equipment given to employees but nothing that seems like a red flag, I just had to list a con.

Information Network Associates (INA) is a very well-run and efficient company. My supervisor and the human resources department are competent and friendly. INA has some very interesting clients. The client seemed to be very happy with INA, so there is a good amount a job security.

While pretty standard for this field, I was posted at a client’s site, so there is limited face-to-face interaction. However, management and HR respond to emails very quickly and were always willing to talk on the phone.
