Pros

Cons

My experience in the R&D team in Informatics was very stressful. The two team leaders created a lot of pressure on employees all the time. It felt like they were always trying to push people beyond their limits instead of supporting the team. Their management style felt very strict and controlling, almost like a military environment. Small mistakes were not handled with understanding — instead, it felt like people were being punished rather than guided. This made employees feel anxious and uncomfortable. Workload was often too much, and work pressure was constant. Sometimes weekend work was expected. It was also very hard to get leave, even for urgent personal matters. The environment was mentally exhausting and did not support a healthy work–life balance. Several project managers who worked in this team before me also resigned, and many of them shared similar concerns about the high pressure and treatment in the team. This was one of the most difficult and stressful teams I have experienced.

Highly unprofessional and unsafe work environment, especially for female employees High employee turnover within the department, including multiple resignations during probation Serious concerns around workplace harassment and inappropriate behavior at company events Lack of support from HR when complaints were raised; concerns were not handled transparently Pressure and intimidation from senior leadership Poor employee relations and lack of communication post-resignation (e.g., delays in documentation like ETF and service letter)
