Pros
Competitive salaries, good springboard to other, less stressful employment.
Cons
CEO Ed Griffin is a tyrant. Expect to be berated, belittled, and abused whenever he is around- or even when he isn't. You will be hollered at if other people fail to meet expectations, even if they're not your subordinates. There is no way to avoid being yelled at. Expect constant gaslighting- if you do as asked, he'll deny the request. If you try to anticipate his wants, he'll berate you. If you do nothing, he'll berate you for not anticipating his wants. Nobody is spared this abuse, which usually comes in the form of hour(s) long phone calls. He may praise you for doing a thing, and the next day, yell at you for doing it. Employees are continually recruited to inform on other employees, as Ed is paranoid about everything from clients to competitors. Further, he keeps people in line by making extravagant promises to turn the business over to the employees as soon as some goal or other is reached. This obviously never happens, and the goalposts keep moving. There is no privacy- expect to be spied on, expect them to look at your phone records and social media to see if you are communicating with people he doesn't like, or having fun when he feels you aren't working hard enough. I cannot emphasize enough what a nightmare it is to work here.
