There are some good folks on the team and some talented engineers.
Cons
C Suite has a personal agenda and only cares about their own pockets. It’s amazingly cliche and predictable like Dr Evil as the cheesy cliche transformational leadership that has decision paralysis. Anyone that speaks up literally gets axed as C suite gets offended by anything and ignores anyone they don’t want to hear and people are dismissed as “reorganizing” with a dollar store tenure benefits package. Absolutely no values and C suite is manipulating and using good people to do the dirty work since they don’t have accountability or the guts to do it themselves.
