Fast-paced environment, smart and friendly employees, very flexible. Great benefits! It's a small company, so you get to learn a lot about the business and wear many hats.

Difficult to take vacation, especially during busy times. There is no set training plan for new employees, they are kind of thrown to the wolves. There is also not a lot of punishment for people who aren't cutting it, so there is some dead weight.

Great research. Nice working environment. This is a nice place to work.

Micromanagement. Politics. Too much process. Too many hours. It is tough to have a good work /life balance.
