The company doesn't offer many benefits

- Great worklife balance & amazing flexibility - Scale up / start up mindset of C-level mean you can suggest ideas and be heard and credited for them - Flat hierarchy - People are friendly & all work hard - Autonomy to take a lead - Ideas are heard

- If you're a structure lover you could find this company difficult, but if you turn that into recommendations and feedback its fulfilling to be seen & heard -Not many women - No active help/ teaching , but a self-experimentation opportunity ( I found it fantastic to build my own confidence and made the most from that)
