As management we have to accommodate a lot of different agendas, from client who want a great service for as cheap as possible, to employees who want to learn and get the best package possible, to owners who want to grow the business and make profit, to suppliers who want to grow their business with Infomineo etc. This is very difficult and despite best intentions it is impossible to make everyone happy.
If you believe the company is worth investing in then your duty is to come speak openly to the management, if you believe it is not worth it then maybe the culture is not for you and you should look for something else, in which case we hope that what you will have learnt at Infomineo will help you build a successful career.
