Pros
Very friendly, cooperative, and passionate bunch of people solving problems for world-leading chemical companies. The work environment is the most positive, upbeat, and friendly I could imagine. Management is passionate about growth of skills, supportive in every way, and encourages family time, time off, and mental breaks. Work seldom passes 40 hours in a week unless traveling. Best health care you could imagine.
Cons
Compensation is not competitive regionally or nationally. The fact that it's a small company means that there is little-to-no mobility internally
