Pros
Good for beginners. That's all. Get your experience and get out quick. If you don't have any formal IT education you can get a position at Infomedia if you know some one there.
Cons
In the middle of no where. Bullying culture. A lot of managers with no university education. Poor salary reviews. HR issues. A lot of nepotism. A lot of politics. Promotion based on who you know not what you know. Good ideas are not listened to as it is a threat to the unqualified managers.
