One of the most concerning aspects was the uncertainty around job security. Employees, including freshers beginning their careers, were sometimes asked to leave without prior notice—even in cases where confirmation letters had already been issued. Decisions often seemed inconsistent and lacked transparency, which created a stressful and demotivating environment. There were also visible issues related to favoritism in certain departments, which affected fairness and morale. Additionally, maintaining a healthy work-life balance was very challenging due to poor planning and management practices. Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend this organization, particularly for freshers seeking a stable and supportive start to their careers. I hope the company takes constructive feedback seriously and works toward improving its management practices, employee engagement, and organizational culture.
