-not everyone on the admin staff is team orientated , there are some hard working employees but they are bad fish in the company whom belittle other staff and do not want the best for the company. -the company is more about profits than their employees -when negative feedback is given than sadly that's the only way some change would be given within the organization -company focuses on areas where it shouldn't be focused -CEO doesn't recognize what the admin staff goes thru until a bad thing happens -You only get dinged for the bad things that happen in the company , very rarely do you get rewarded for something you accomplished. They say not take anything personal but yet when something happens they like to be personal and point fingers
