Pros
Infoglen is an amazing company with highly technical people who are well mannered and very respectful. We are given our space and the managers trust us fully. Infoglen is a software consulting firm, and we are encouraged to bring in our own projects and clients. We are even taught how to be patient and stay friendly with the client in addition to the technical skills and best practices we learn here haha. I am loving it, and hope to work long term at Infoglen. Yeah, they celebrate all employees' and staff's birthdays too :)
Cons
There is some innovation and product ideas, and I wish we move more in that direction, but Infoglen is largely services company as of now.
