      Pros

      Infoglen is an amazing company with highly technical people who are well mannered and very respectful. We are given our space and the managers trust us fully. Infoglen is a software consulting firm, and we are encouraged to bring in our own projects and clients. We are even taught how to be patient and stay friendly with the client in addition to the technical skills and best practices we learn here haha. I am loving it, and hope to work long term at Infoglen. Yeah, they celebrate all employees' and staff's birthdays too :)

      Cons

      There is some innovation and product ideas, and I wish we move more in that direction, but Infoglen is largely services company as of now.

      Pros

      You feel a great sense of community as the core team is a tight-knit group who works together in the same open-space office regularly (most weekdays). Most consulting firms would have you travel 20-80% of the time at the expense of team cohesion, but not Infoglen. The CEO is a top-notch Salesforce Architect, and more diligent, calm and collected than the vast majority of managers. If you like flexibility, work and life are integrated well since hours at the office are flexible and work is coordinated with offshore teams.

      Cons

      Infoglen has offshore teams, and if you really want to make a maximum progress coordinating with them, you might want to work odd hours. However, Infoglen had done a tremendous job ensuring that onshore and offshore teams coordinate productively.
