Company offers a good salary and good for people who want to start their carrier if joined as fresher.

But if people wants to build carrier in this company then it is very risky choise because this company only good to their employees when they have project when they can't get projects they start firing peoples on bunch to reduce the Head count on the bench.

On-site Team specially Manager use very rough tone with Offshore team. Less compensation as per experience. Company only Hire when projects are there.
