Pathetic and under-qualified managers who r not good enough to run a pan shop run the company and get jealous of your qualification. Never pay incentives they promise to pay. No food. No transport. They will kick u out once they r done with project on hand, no job security. Idiots get more importance than u just because of their gender. No salary hikes. Make u do 3 times more than what that target they set during joining. Treat u like slave. Shouting and screaming is part of work culture. Managers talk like c grade labours. They dont even have pf account but they deduct pf.
