Very friendly colleagues apart from HR Manager and Upper Management Non-Technical Leaders. Very good company as you can gained detective skills and you may become like James bond but if you are good in buttering and are a kind of chaploos person.
Cons
Very good work exposure as anyday your project can get changed and you may have assigned to some other work which is not related to your job profile and as there is time boundation with work assignment so you have to work like a freedom fighter because next irrelevant task is ready to be assigned to you. You may get very good salary but buddy only on paper as there will definitely have some surprising clauses on your increased CTC, such as Retention bonus, Variable amount and appraisal letter will have many more exciting recovery clauses on your increased salary. Not so bad company for those who are jobless. But, join at your own risk as your career can be ruined because of your decision to join this company.
