Pros

The people are about the only redeeming quality. Lots of good people united by a terrible experience. One that will end in a couple years when the company finally goes under. Otherwise, the best part has been the slow realization in past weeks that being part of a mass layoff from this awful place is a blessing in disguise.

Cons

This is a stagnant company that refuses to make any kind of change and wonders why it continues to be stuck. The business is outdated. It's not for lack of trying with every suggestion dying with management. Not one of us were considered capable of knowing our jobs well enough to improve anything. Beyond that, pretty much everything said in earlier reviews is spot on. Management is a clique led by a president who spends half her day smoking. Subpar pay and benefits. Often unrealistic expectations. The owners are barely in the office and don't interact with most of the employees... other than herding a bunch of us, a good chunk of the company, in a room on Monday morning to tell us we were being let go. They were interested enough in the business to make sure we were fired properly.
