Pros

Amazing people. Great quality of life. They want their consultants to learn, grow and become the best versions of themselves. The company's reputation is fantastic with clients and once they land one, follow on project work is sure to follow.

Cons

The leadership is lacking. The CEO quit last year and they did not replace him. The COB & BOD is out of touch and they run the company like its 2011.

InfoWorks is a great place to work if you are established in your career and want slow growth and work life balance over fast growth and intensity. They really care about your personal life and taking time off and having flexible hours is really easy at InfoWorks.

Cons

Promotion timelines and growth are really slow. Emphasis is on WLB over growth. If you have a family or busy personal life and career growth is not your priority, InfoWorks is a great place to work.
