      No work life balance You will learn to waste your time to complete required hours Zero knowledge of Indian IT market. No respect for employee. No planning to visit clients, No respect from customer.

      Lack of bureaucracy. For junior and middle level employees the initiative always meets support.

      Cons

      Top management not always listen to the experienced employees' opinion and don't take in negative forecasts.
