- Great people in engineering and accross the company, very friendly and ready to help when you are in need
- Good product overall and relatively easy to work with
- Good organisation of engineering teams from 2024, the company started to feel like a normal startup
Cons
- Lack of direction transparency from the upper management, only rummors about potential things planned ahead
- Lack of financial transparency from the company, you have no idea how the company is doing overall and how much money they are making, Potentialy secured another round of investment which was way below what they have raised before.
- Had 3 rounds of layoffs while I was working there, so many good people were gone
- No clear progression framework and salary bandings were kept secret. An obvius decision made by upper management or HR about salary bandings
- There are no ownership opportunities as an engineer, everything is owned by everyone and there is no dedicated tech lead for a specific part of the platform itself.
