Pros

If you just want to work at un directional organization. congratulations you're at the best place they support Lazy employees instead of smart working

Cons

My colleague and I declined an external job offer after receiving a retention proposal from InfoObjects. We handled it honestly, professionally, and with full documentation. The hiring company's HR responded with a false public LinkedIn post targeting us by name. InfoObjects' response? Immediate F&F. No conversation. No investigation. No basic courtesy of hearing our side. We had proof. Offer emails. Call recordings. WhatsApp trails. A complete paper trail showing the allegations were fabricated. It was never looked at. Apparently at InfoObjects, a single social media post from an outsider carries more weight than 2+ years of your work and your word.

Pros

Since I was a contract employee sourced through InfoObjects, I didn't have a lot of need for communication with them. If I ever had any issue with benefits, HR was responsive.

Cons

I worked remotely and I think the specific health insurance they use thru Anthem was confusing if you weren't in California. I feel like every appointment I went to, it was a gamble on what the coverage would be like.
