Management is highly unethical, unstable and product is failing. Annual turnover is in the 75% range. Look up this company on linkedin to see how many people no longer work there, then contact one of them. Management is extremely hostile. If you are thinking about working for this company, ask to talk to one of their long time reselllers before you make a move. They will be unable to give you one reseller that they have had for more than 12 months that is happy with their product or support. Resellers and customers should run, not walk away from this company. Out of nearly 20 employees, only 2 have been there for more than 18 months. This company has been in business for nearly 25 years, but has financials of a failing start-up. With no developers on staff for more than a few months, and only one support person with more than 6 months experience the product and the company are close to complete failure. Don't let the fancy website, fast talking management full of promises, and perhaps a trip to the Indianapolis HQ for your final interview fool you...This is not a company that has success in it's future.
