Cons
- Worst possible HR team; It is due to their HR team that lots of capable employees were made to leave. - They have very weak, abstract and variable processes of software development and organization structure. There are no standards. - The worst possible thing with them (which is an obstacle in making their company great) is that there are a lot of people working there since inception of this company and thus they are the first love of the Directors & exec management. And most of these stooges are holding the top positions; they do a lot of politics and if they say something is right you should say so otherwise you will never grow.
