      No pressure. Really relaxed work attitude. No targets and higher management though not the best is not brutal either

      Colleagues are often not great. There is a lot of office politics and intrigue

      Pros

      You work with very high available infrastructure and a high traffic for the web applications. Administering various systems and applications.

      Cons

      As SysAdmin there is a lot of tasks that should be done by other teams are being assigned to the IT team.

      A house of expertise in the field. Mostly on the technical side though.
