Serious communication issues within management, also rudeness of senior-level managers Questions about efficacy of supplement products sold / marketed, felt like we were selling "Snake Oil" Too much loyalty given to managers / veteran employees over new employees Use of questionable programming practices at times (eg pop-up windows or misleading written content)
