There is not much to say about his section.

There were a lot of internal company problems I was facing at a very early stage with this company including seeing many employees either quit or being let go from poor management that was out of my control. Some things that really concerned me were: -The company didn’t have an HR department, which created a toxic environment where employees could say harmful things and be able to get away with it. -3 employees left within a span of 2 months -The top manager in the company was very demanding, unpredictable and very hard to work with, not to mention racist and very sexist. -I hardly received any training when I started, due to some employees leaving that knew how things worked and being replaced with new workers, which caused a lot of anxiety with deliverables every day. I’ve never worked in an environment like that before and so I was trying to do the best I could with many days that I felt like quitting the job. This company is not worth the time and effort and simply best to look for a better company that will appreciate your skills.

-Amazing Team and strong culture. -One of the most fun jobs I have ever had. -Very challenging, you will have to be ready to learn on the fly -Leadership listens to the team and makes changes based on employee feedback -You get to see your hard work pay off -Management works hard, and leadership actually leads the team -Amazing growth opportunity

- Can be a little too quick for some - You will need a solid base understanding of the market going in especially when it comes to things like Programmatic, Social Media, and more. - Have to be willing and able to work hard and occasionally put in extra time
